A long time ago when I was maybe only 15 or 16, my best friend and I would sit and talk for hours about how we longed to travel the world someday. We would talk about the places we wanted to go and the things we wanted to see, little did we realize what was to come from this. Fast forward 4-ish years, she started to travel overseas on missions trips and just a little after that I studied abroad. From then on a conversation was sparked about traveling together. We would talk about how after one (or both) of us made it big we would make it a priority to travel together. Well I’m here to tell you that today that dream is a reality and we didn’t need to “make it big” to make it happen. It’s amazing how much a working girl can save when she puts her mind to it!
For the entire month of February, three independent women (including myself) will be traveling the beautiful European continent together. It took four months of planning, strong will, and lots of Starbucks coffee to plan the trip. Now what’s on the itinerary?

Cities like Vienna, Berlin, Rome, Brussles, Amsterdam, Prague, and many more! We are going to spend Valentines Day in Venice, drink beer in Dublin, visit the ancient city of Pompeii and that is only the start. We are going to soak up every possible piece of Europe that we can!
In all seriousness though, this is an amazing opportunity for all of us and we couldn’t have done it without the emotional support of our friends and family. Stay tuned for updates on our amazing adventure, I’m sure with the three of us, who knows the experiences we will find!
For those of you who read my previous post Moving Back Home after Graduation? this is how I’ve decided to be the master of my time, making travel a priority. Though I may have to live at home a little longer because of it, it is a decision I will never regret and I am so excited to see what’s in store for us! And the best part? Being able to do all this with great friends!
Now look out world, here we come!
